A Moment in Wine: Château de Colombe Bordeaux 2014.
A Bordeaux rosé, the likes of which I have not encountered with success before but for this one. Typical nose of red fruit, cut grass with the floral side of it being quite timid but it’s there. On the dry side and a bit slatey but with good rounded fruit flavors.
