Weather with Pat Pagano – May 17

THE RING OF FIRE…..A NAME WE GIVE TO THE CURRENT WEATHER PATTERN. A LARGE HIGH OVER BERMUDA CONTINUES TO SIT. THE WIND FLOW AROUND THIS HIGH AND CLOCKWISE, PICKING MOISTURE UP OVER THE ATLANTIC, THEN ACROSS THE GULF OF MEXICO – AND THEN IT SWEEPS UP THE EASTERN SEABOARD. NO REAL BREAK SEEN INTO NEXT WEEK…SO CLOUDS AND WETNESS DOMINATE. PICK FOR THE HEAVIEST RAIN – FRIDAY – SATURDAY.  ANY SUN ? MAYBE.
