* WHAT…Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph  expected late Thursday into Thursday night, then west winds  beginning toward Friday morning. 

* WHERE…All of eastern New York and western New England. 

* WHEN…From 5 PM Thursday to 8 PM EDT Friday. 

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
