I was invited recently to be a guest on a podcast called The Wildstory from The Native Plant Society of New Jersey that talks about plants, of course, and ecology … but unlike other garden-related  podcasts, it also explores poetry. I was intrigued, because I recognized the names of many of its other recent guests – from Doug Tallamy to Barbara Kingsolver – and thought it would be fun to get to know its co-hosts a bit better. 

Ann E. Wallace, the Poet Laureate of Jersey City, and Kim Correro, a Rutgers Master Gardener and Director of State Programs, are co-hosts of The Wildstory, a monthly podcast that debuted in August 2023 from the Native Plant Society of New Jersey, that fuses of the worlds of nature and poetry.
