  1. Thank you for “The Well Oiled Kitchen “. I buy my olive oils from ,a company in north NJ. I love that many of their oils list the acidity and polyphenol content. They have oils from around the world. I usually choose the Italian but recently bought 2 types of Spanish olive oil , Nobleza del Sur. Day and night. Beautiful packaging. Haven’t tried yet. It’s a great website to buy gifts. And you get points for discount. They offer Novello available in Autumn.
