They interview Peter González, leader of Latinos Unidos of the Hudson Valley, about a scholarship for Latino college students offered by Key Bank; and they also interview Creek Iversen and Jaya Cosmos from Seed Song Farm in the city of Kingston, about their many offerings aside from organic produce.
