Well as in the articles I send in; most schools using this are Elementary, and takes 5 years to see progress. Who is to be blamed? My opinion the Board. The Superententant presented it. The board did not research it. Now,,,,it is time to decide; who is the Cheif Executor ; The Board, or the Superententant? Research, What does the School Board do in Ct.? What are the responsibilty’s of a School Board in CT.? In my opinion, a relearning of duty’s by the school board is needed.
