McCulloch holds an associates degree in nursing from St. Vincent’s College, bachelor in nursing from Western Connecticut State University, and master’s in business administration and health care management from Quinnipiac University. She and her husband, Justin, have three daughters.
McCulloch has worked at Sharon Hospital, which is part of the Nuvance Health system, for the past eight years, most recently as chief nursing officer since 2018.
