Marshall Miles Interviews Robert Lindgren, Sharon Historical Society & Museum’s “Let Them Eat Cake!” Live Cake Auction and Cocktail Party, Fri June 28th 5:30-7:30PM

On Friday, June 28, from 5:30-7:30pm, the Sharon Historical Society & Museum will host  “Let Them Eat Cake!” live cake auction and cocktail party.  

Held on the grounds of the Historical Society at 18 Main Street in Sharon, guests to the party and auction will enjoy hors d’oeurves and an open bar, and have the opportunity to bid on cakes designed, baked and donated by your friends and neighbors. Past events have been enormously popular, with the fun of laugh-out-loud “bidding wars” and friendly goading from the sidelines!

Tickets to the event are $45 per person in advance, and $55 after June 21st.

Robert Lindgren began his career as a specialist at both Sotheby’s and Christie’s™s in New York where he worked in both the Impressionist and Modern Paintings department as well as the European Furniture Departments.  From there he moved on as a partner for 10 years with Meg Braff Interiors, Inc. followed by 3 years as a Senior Designer with Jeffrey Bilhuber Inc.  He launched his own firm Robert Lindgren Design in 2009 and joined with Thomas Gibb in January 2012.
