IS ON THE WAY AS A STORM OVER THE 
CAROLINAS MOVES OFFSHORE, INTENSIFIES 
QUICKLY, AND BECOMES THE 3RD NOR EASTER 
IN 10 DAYS. WET SNOW WILL MOVE ACROSS 
THE MID-ATLANTIC AND REACH THE COASTAL 
AREAS THIS EVENING. SOME RAIN ALSO POSSIBLE.
OTHERWISE WET SNOW TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY 
WILL INCREASE ESPECIALLY FROM EASTERN L.I. 
TO EASTERN NEW ENGLAND ...WHERE 6" OR MORE
SEEM LIKELY...SOME PLACES IN NORTHERN ENGLAND
.OVER 1 FOOT. ADD WIND AND TIDES TO COMLETE
