UNSEASONABLY CHILLY AIR AND WINDS WILL KEEP 
SNOW SHOWERS IN THE AIR ALL ACROSS THE 
NORTHEAST AND MID ATLANTIC THRU MID WEEK.
BY LATE WEEK..STILL BRISK AND CHILLY BUT NO
