A SKINNY RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL GIVE US FAIR, SEASONABLY CHILLY WEATHER TODAY WITH HIGHS IN 40S AND A FAIR AMOUNT OF SUN. NOW LET’S LOOK WEST. A STORM IN THE DAKOTAS WILL HEAD INTO THE LAKES, WHILE A SECOND STORM FORMS ALONG THE VIRGINIA COAST.  FIRST…CLOUDS MARCH IN TUESDAY, THEN FROM TUESDAY NIGHT THRU WED. NITE THE STORM MOVES UP THE COAST WITH WIND..AND PCPN THAT CAN VARY FROM JUST SNOW TO A MIXTURE OR JUST PLAIN RAIN. AWAY FROM THE COAST…KEEP YOUR SHOVELS NEARBY…NEAR THE COAST…IT’S UP IN THE AIR, BUT WHITE IS IN THE EQUATION.
