A STORM ORGANIZING IN THE DEEP SOUTH WILL TRACK UP THE WESTERN SIDE OF THE APPALACHIAS AND BRING INCREASING CLOUDS THURSDAY, FOLLOWED BY WIND AND RAIN AND MILD TEMPS THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY. BLUSTERY WITH SHOWERS ON SATURDAY FOR THE FIRST FULL DAY OF WINTER 2018.
