  1. I love Arthur Schwartz and so appreciate his podcast/interview. I listen in Waterville, Maine while I’m doing my morning walk. I love Naples at Table, from which we cook our Feast of Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve, but also got Soup Suppers and am making his shirmp gumbo for Fat Tuesday today.
